Hair exoplasty is a straightening technique developed by Dr. Jose Kacowicz as a result of numerous investigations. It is a procedure that, in addition to straightening and reducing the volume of strands, restructures hair from the inside out, leaving it stronger and healthier.

Using KUP® (Keratin Ultra-Peptides) as the active ingredient, a nanotechnology-based particle developed by Dr. Kacowicz, the hair exoplasty procedure significantly facilitates the act of straightening, as the electrostatically charged peptide nanoparticles of KUP® are attracted as "magnets" to the cuticular surface, penetrating deep into the thread.
